YOUR BODY REMEMBERS WHAT YOUR DAY MADE YOU FORGET.
You got everything done today. You answered, organised, solved problems, showed up. And somewhere along the way, you barely noticed that your jaw had been clenched since morning, or that your shoulders rise whenever a certain name appears on your screen.
Small signals like these are easy to miss in everyday life.
That's where Heart & Bass begins.
What you'll find here
Heart & Bass brings together original music, movement, and body awareness. The idea is simple: music is something we can experience, not just listen to. And movement doesn't have to be about performance. It's already part of our everyday lives.
There are different ways to explore that here.
Music
Original songs ranging from quiet, grounding sounds to rhythms that invite you to dance. For listening, moving, or simply enjoying.
Body Notes
Short reflections and practical invitations to notice everyday experiences in the body, from a tense jaw to the feet carrying you through the day.
Movement
Sessions and workshops are in development, bringing music, breath, and movement together without pressure to perform or expectations about how you should feel.
Heartbeats
The newsletter, sharing new music, ideas, small invitations, and glimpses of what's taking shape.
Why rhythm?
Rhythm is part of our lives long before we consciously think about it. We walk at a certain pace, adjust our movements to music, or find ourselves tapping our fingers on a table.
Music can help us notice that connection.
A deep bassline might invite you to shift your weight from one foot to the other. A faster rhythm might get your hips moving. A quiet sound might make you pause for a moment.
The idea isn't to produce a particular reaction, but to leave room for different experiences.
At Heart & Bass, music is a door, not decoration.
Your rhythm, your expression
Sometimes movement is quiet and barely visible. Sometimes it's loud, playful, and full of energy.
Both belong here.
You don't need to know how to dance or be particularly flexible. There's no correct way to experience a song and no particular feeling you're supposed to leave with.
Heart & Bass invites you to explore music, movement, and your own body in your own way.
